Of all the vacation homes we've rented, this is by far the most fabulous, and we've stayed in some beautiful homes! We felt like we had stepped into the pages of Architectural Digest. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and we lacked for nothing during our stay. Marco Island is delightful and the time you put into the restaurant guide was very much appreciated as were all the household directions. We've loved our vacation and would love to return.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, our family had such a wonderful time. Everything was great from the inside to the outside. The pool and spa were well used and my husband and son enjoyed fishing off of the deck every night and morning. The house is well equiped for every age from sand toys for our 5 yr. old to bicycles for the teenagers. We look forwar to going back again next year.

My family can not stop talking about how much fun we had in your home!!! Everything was first class. This was the best rental home we have ever stayed in! Thank you for putting so much effort into making our stay remarkable! The only thing missing was the key to the boat!!(Did you hide that on us?)
Our family had a blast at this Marco Island home! The homeowners were very professional, providing us with a well written lease agreement right away and very useful information about the area. Finding and gaining access to the home was no problem. When we entered the house it was clean, spacious and well appointed. When we went outside to checkout the grounds, Dolphins were playing off the end of the dock!! What a greeting!!
The Grandparents loved the master bed / bath and we really enjoyed the upstairs 'suite.' Our daughter slept well in her own room and never had to share her bath! (What a treat!) Everyone enjoyed fishing off the dock--We must have caught about 15 fish over the week! The highlight of our stay was a 1/2 hour visit by a manatee who stopped to drink from the fresh water tap on the fish-cleaning station. Who needs Sea World!?
Although the public beach was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were so much fun that we only made a few trips. For those who enjoy walking, there are a few shopping centers within a mile that have great restaurants and supermarkets. The only time a walk didn't seem sensible was mid-day when temperatures were high. Getting to the beach on foot is more of a challenge, especially if you intend to bring any gear.
We would have given the property a '5' but there was an issue with smoke detector batteries that caused the alarms to go off in the middle of the night, and the previous tenant had damaged some blinds in the upstairs TV room.
Other than those minor inconveniences, the place was terrific and we plan to return. For the price we would have paid for one hotel room on the beach, we had our own personal, private resort!!
The house allowed for 'one floor living' so those traveling with someone who is disabled would be happy as long as they could navigate the entrance and transitions between house and lanai. The pool alarm and security system made us feel very secure, even with a 5 year old on the premises.

Our Marco Island Memories started as soon as we walked thru the front door...the view to the pool and waterway let us know immediately,we were on vacation!!! The best part was everyone had their own room and bath..the Master Suite was calming, the Master
Bath was unbelieveable!!!! The walk thru shower and the tub that fills from the ceiling..what luxury!! The retreat upstairs gave my grandsons a place away from adults to play their games, when they weren't swimming in the pool
Enjoyed the shopping in Naples and on the Island...Dining was never a disappointment...Ne Ne's for breakfast or lunch..Riverwalk in Naples for a sunset dinner,while watching the dolphins swim by..Joey's Pizzeria had awesome pizza plus atmosphere..Arturro's for authentic Italian dining..delicious.,
The Naples Zoo,though small, was an enjoyable experience with the
monkey boat ride..Highly recommend the zoo..You must experience the sunset crusie thru Naples Bay to the Gulf.

We have rented 4 different places in the general vicinity and this was by far our favorite. The home is beautiful and well-stocked (towels/linens, kitchen supplies, beach gear, etc.). The location is perfect - very short drives to beaches, restaurants, groceries, shopping, and convenient for trips into Naples on the rare occasion you feel compelled to leave Marco. The pool and hot tub were clean, temperatures perfect, and it was great to be able to open up the wall of sliding glass doors and connect the kitchen/dining area to the pool and patio - especially to keep an eye on our small children while they were enjoying the pool.
We also enjoyed time at nearby Mackle Park with the kids - a GREAT spot with a fountain park, playground, bocce, shuffleboard, ping pong tables, and on and on - all meticulously cared for and managed by smiling, helpful staff.
But, back to the house. The master bedroom and bath are spacious and luxurious with a jetted tub that fills from the ceiling (the kids were in awe!), and a walk-in shower with his and hers showerheads as well as an overhead rain-type showerhead in between.
An upstairs bedroom suite has a den attached where my father-in-law could stay up late and watch t.v. He could then sleep in late despite the kids being awake in the a.m. as the bedrooms were removed from the main living area.
The kids stayed in the one room with twin beds in it and it was more than roomy enough for them both. They barely spent time in the room, though, as they LIVED in the pool and hot tub. This was fine by us as there was plenty of patio room for the adults to hang out and visit or lay in the lounge chairs.
The owners were extremely responsive to our initial questions, prepared us well for our arrival, and emailed us shortly after arrival to see if we had settled in ok and had any issues or questions.
Our best day was spent in a rental boat from the Isle of Capri Marina (maybe 10 minutes away) where we boated out to an island accessible only via boat (so we had it to ourselves most of the time) with amazing shelling. The Capri Island Fish House served up a great lunch upon our return to shore.
We had done a bunch of research prior to picking this home and found the price extremely reasonable for a very high quality rental. We would (and will) highly recommend it to friends and family and would like to return ourselves someday.

We wanted let you know what a great time we had in Marco this year. This is our fifth year renting houses and your home is by far the nicest one we've had the pleasure of staying in. Not only is it beautifully decorated and very comfortable, but, from start to finish, you made the renting process so easy!
We all loved the pool and dock area. We'd spend time sunning out on the large dock and also in the lanai which gets sun all day as well. Your whole house stereo system was a real treat!
It was truly a favorite vacation, one we will not soon forget. Unfortunately, your home was already booked for next year or we would have rented it again in 2012! :-(

We had the most wonderful time in this home. We were on a family vacation along with our grandchildren. The home was perfect for all of us to have plenty of privacy and space.
It was beautiful in all aspects.The decorating, the pool and hot tub, the beautiful master bath and the dock outside for fishing!
The home was very clean and had everything needed for the stay. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. We enjoyed dinning in the home around the pool area.
This was our first time renting a home versus a condo and we enjoyed it so much more.
George was also wonderful to work with, we are so thankful for his willingness to share his beautiful home with us. We are excited to make more family memories together in this home!
Amazing would be an understatement when describing this gorgeous 4 bedroom/4 bath home in lovely Marco Island, Florida. The attention to detail, the location, the open kitchen, the spacious lanai, proximity to the beach, the amazing bathroom off the master suite and the sounds of dolphins each evening in the canal made this stay one to remember. When considering this property, I found the owner to be extremely responsive to my email inquires and focused on ensuring my guests had a wonderful stay which we did. My 80 year old mother is still bragging about the experience with her friends!
This home exceeded my expectations and I certainly hope to return again soon! You will not be disappointed.
We can't wait to go back! The home is everything & more than you see in the photo's. It can be enjoyed by young and old. We had two teenage daughters that enjoyed the send floor - suite style living and our friend had a master bedroom all to herself. The best part was the master bedroom open shower. The girls loved the (3) shower heads and how the jacuzzi filled from the ceiling. If you like to cook, the gourmet kitchen is well equiped - just remember to bring your own spices/condiments. There was a album full of restaurant menus - we sampled one every night and all were very good.
We enjoyed the pool area & dock so much that we only went to the beach one day. Tiger beach had beautiful white fluffy sand that did not get hot and the water was very warm. Just know that there is about a 5-7 minute walk to the beach. You may want to check out the Marriott as they were offering a beach special for $40. It included parking all day, a beach umbrella & drink cups.
There are a lot of shopping options and outlets nearby.
My fellow housemates slept in every morning so they missed the daily visit from the doulpin.
The cleaning crew was pleasant and did a great job - you didn't even know that someone rented before you. The owner was very easy to deal with, friendly and responded promptly.
We look forward to returning to Marco Island & Marco Memories Home again soon.
We were two families with four kids on total (1-5 years) and had a great week on Marco. Safe pool area for the kids (alarm when door to pool area were opened + fully fenced lanai = no kids could get in or leave the pool area without adults).
Really big house with three bedrooms on first floor and fourth bedroom upstairs. Convenient location on Marco. As an extra bonus there were wild dolphins in the channel beside the house.

For the second year, our family has had its reunion at Marco Memories and it was flawless. The house is located on a quiet street, yet convenient to that quick run to the store if you forget something. The house itself has it all. The Phys equip their home with everything you need. Unlike many rentals, the furniture and appliances are all top shelf.
My kids LOVE the pool and everyone enjoyed a nightly sunset watch in the jacuzzi. The fishing was great right off the dock and occasionally the dolphins swim by which is always a treat. We rented kayaks and had them delivered to the house, and everyday would take a kayak ride up the canal, a few times all the way to Capri.
The home is spacious and relaxing; your vacation begins immediately as you feel the stresses of the everyday grind melt away. And really, isn't that what vacations are for? We will return to this beautiful home again.
We had an amazing time. The house was perfect and the Phy's made us feel welcome. We enjoyed heading to the beach in the mornings, then coming back to the house to hang out by the pool in the afternoon. The house was lacking for nothing. We didn't really cook in the kitchen (we took advantage of the great seafood restaurants), but the kitchen had everything you would need.
We fell in love with Marco Island while we were there. In June we thought the weather was perfect - mid 80's and a breeze everyday. Being from Missouri, we didn't think it was humid. We drove to Tigertail beach several times and was awestruck every time by the white sand, the gentle waves, that you could walk a long ways out and not worry about currents, and the mostly EMPTY beach. We felt like it was our own private beach!
We also enjoyed a trip to the Everglades, deep sea fishing (I caught a shark!), a drive to the Keys, but most of all we just enjoyed relaxing. The week was over way too quickly.
We so enjoyed staying at this property. It is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for our family. All of the rooms are decorated very nicely and it was perfectly clean when we arrived. It's in a very convenient location and the hot tub and pool are icing on the cake. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

My review is a mixed bag of comments. We were very unlucky that Florida was having the worse rain for a very long time. The roads were flooded for days so had to stay in the home for three days. We could not use the outside space for many days unfortunately. But that is not the fault of the house itself. The house was beautifully appointed and very spacious. The owners had provided everything we needed. The beds were wonderfully comfortable
The advert says that there is a twin bedroom but however all the bedrooms are double which actually caused a few problems for one of our couples who particularly wanted a twin room. There are not enough bedside tables and lights to read by. Minor though it is, an electric kettle would have been great. The hob kettle is not flat and takes ten minutes to boil!! Unfortunately a house is being built next door and we had to put up with a lot of hammering when we did manage to get outside. BUT the building noise I would think is near to completion.
We were disappointed with the island. You really need to be a water lover to enjoy it. Otherwise it is a huge area of smart houses. We did find some nice restaurants to enjoy though.
All in all the house was lovely,but the weather totally ruined our stay.
I would recommend this home if the weather is great and you really like beaches and water sports.
We had an absolute wonderful vacation. Thank you for opening up your home and allowing us to make lifelong memories. My son and son in-law enjoyed fishing off the deck and even had a Dolphin swim by, one evening. The house was equipped with everything needed. It was perfect!

After different rentals for each of the past 6 years, we are happy to say that this was the best rental we've had. The home was well cared for and the spaces were perfect for our group of 7. The location couldn't have been better. Perhaps the most important consideration in renting is to find owners that are responsive whenever an issue comes up. While there, we had no real "issues" for us, we asked to increase the pool temperature setting and it was done before we hung up the phone. It was quite evident that George and Michelle work hard to make their rental a great experience for us. Well done!

House is huge. We had a total of 5 guests and we had plenty of space. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with spices and a few condiments so we didn’t need to go shopping for those. Beds were plenty comfy. We brought our 10 month old and there were many baby items for him for the pool and a high chair at the house which helped a ton. Everything about the house exceeded expectations. A truly relaxing and luxurious stay.
Overall, we had a very good time as a family. The size and layout of the home made it possible for us to enjoy our own personal space as well as come together as often as we wanted to.
What we liked:
1. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect
2. The size and openness of the home
3. The outdoor pool and quick-to-heat spa
4. The pool toys and fully stocked kitchen
5. Easy access to shopping and restaurants
We stayed for one week and just enjoyed the home so much. We have been coming to Marco Island for 28 years and this so far was the most beautiful place we have stayed. The home was welcoming and functional for our family of 8 , which included the grandchildren. They loved the pool.
We couldn't have asked for better weather . We still find "new" things to do in Marco along with the "traditions" . We even did new "escape room" on the Island.
The Phy family opens their home to you and makes it easy to function and enjoy your vacation.
Our family game nights in the "upstairs game" room allowed the children to sleep without being disturbed. The multiple bathrooms with each bedroom was a "plus" .
Their list of suggestions and options and restaurants answered any of our questions.
The vacation rental was wonderful and we hope to go back again in the future.
I rented this home for my extended family that was visiting for a family celebration. It was the perfect location, as they could walk to and from our home with ease. The guests all enjoyed the home and its amenities. The property is spacious, comfortable and well appointed.

This is a beautiful home, right on the canal. Everything was clean and well maintained. Home was very comfortable. Pool and spa were wonderful. We caught fish right from the dock. Great location on Marco Island. Will return!
